| The principle focus of the nurture ministry area is to build community within the church by creating opportunities for members to become better acquainted with one another and helping them care for one another. The ministry area meets at least every other month to plan, implement, and evaluate the programs, events, and activities related to the nurture ministry of FUMC. The areas of emphasis include, but are not limited to fellowship events and caring ministries, such as, prayer groups, nursing home/hospital visitation, and meals during times of crisis. |
